General Terms and Conditions

I. Payments and postage

1. We accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal
For PayPal account holders.
Choose the PayPal payment option in the checkout process.

Credit/Debit Cards
We accept the followinf cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.
To Pay by Debit or Credit Card choose WorldPay or PayPal in the checkout process.
Once redirected to WordlPay or PayPal website follow instruction.

Cheque
Make cheques payable to The Hoola Hoop Company.

Postal Order
For postal orders click cheque as payment option in the checkout process and send postal order instead.

By Phone
Place your order in the shop, note down your order reference number and call us on 01784 460 412 with your Credit/Debit Card details ready.

By Fax
Fax your order with card details to 0871 7333556.

For alternative forms of payment please contact us directly to discuss details.

2. Delivery times
Please allow 14 days for delivery from the moment we have received the payment (cheque cleared). Delivery is arranged by courier to your door.

3. Refund policy
All items should be returned in unused or unopened condition with original packaging at your own expense within 7 days of the receipt date. Please e-mail us for damaged or defective goods within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund your item price only.

4. Liability
We will not be liable for any costs or inconvinience caused by late deliveries. In the event of goods being lost by the couriers, we will either offer you a refund or re-dispatch the goods.

5. Bulk orders and discounts
For bulk orders and discounts please contact us directly for more details.

6. Shipping costs:
6.1. We post to the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
6.2. Postage costs are (for orders on Hula Hoops upto £150.00):
UK mainland - depending on the weight of the order;
Northern Ireland - £18.99;
Isle of Man - £18.99;
Isle of Wight - £18.99;
UK Channel Islands - £18.99;
Scottish Islands - £12.99;
Republic of Ireland/Eire - £18.00.

7. Lost package
In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, we will not be able to resend the package or refund you for 10 working days. This time limit is imposed by Royal Mail and is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange courier service.

II. Privacy

1. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law, we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.

2. When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number information.

3. This information is used to process orders only.

4. We don't collect credit card data.

5. We don't share your personal information with any third parties.

III. Conditions of participation in Hoop Dance workshops in Disneyland Resort Paris at the European Festival of Dance and Performing Arts on the 10th, 11th & 12th October 2008

1. The booking for this workshops commences on the 1st of June 2008 and closes on the 7th October 2008. After that time you can only pay on the day.

2. You can book your workshop on http://shop.thehoolahoopco.co.uk/workshop-under-construction-48-c.asp.

3. The bookings are non refundable.

4. The cost of the workshop is £3.00 for Children & £5.00 for Adults if pre booked or 5.00 EUR for Children and 10.00 EUR for Adults on the day.

5. The workshops start at 16.00 every full hour, last 30 minutes and finish at 21.30.

6. Please appear at least 10 minutes before your workshop starts or your space might be given to somebody else.

7. If you miss your time slot we will try to put you on the next possible available time slot where spaces are available.

8. Hoops will be provided.

9. Please wear appropriate shoes (enclosed, no sandals).
